CITATION™ e-Returns leveraged the adoption of ACH rules allowing for conversion of returned checks (NSF) to electronic entries for ACH re-presentment affording significant reductions in time and effort attributed to collection of these items as well as increases in collection rates and recovery fee assessments.

The more recent development of Check 21 rules has allowed the introduction of CITATION™ i-Deposit a web based merchant remote deposit solution that expands the bank’s geographic footprint and enables the commercial customer to make deposits from their desk 24 hours a day.
