e-Returns addresses the needs of individual organizations as well as those of a service organization or financial institution providing returns management and re-presentment services to clients.

There are 4 simple steps to re-presentment:

1. Scan returned items converting them to images and data.
2. Apply pre-established presentment rules or warehousing items for effective dating.
3. Auto interrogate incoming returns file for eligible re-presentment of electronic returns.
4. Prepare outbound ACH file of RCK presentments.
