TMR’s Business Builder services assist banks in identifying, contracting, and setting up customers for payments processing. An assigned Business Builder representative is available on the phone and for scheduled visits to assist in business growth.
TMR’s Support Services Group delivers telephone and on-line diagnostic services during business hours. The group also provides initial and on-going training and education for operations staff.
TMR’s Express Depot Maintenance services provide hardware and equipment diagnostics, and “swap out” replacement of failed items via overnight express delivery.
TMR’s On-Going Software and License program provides assurance that customers always run the most current release of the software. Periodic enhancements are delivered along with on-line and WEB conference style training for the new features.
